I’m originally from Korea and married American and have two kids, 13&10. We visit Korea every summer since my parents are still in Korea and we always go one other neighboring country when we visit Korea. We went Japan 2023 summer and my hubby and kids were loving Japan so much although they already know what to expect from the experiences from Korea. Japan is truly safe, clean and safe! Have been following you guys since you guys are still living in Japan and so happy to watch the journey! My daughter’s favorite food from 7.11 is anything matcha related and my son’s favorite items are of course fried chicken and sausage related items. Oh! Can’t forget about various type of ice cream. Enjoy the visit!

I know they are trying to revamp the US ones to be this popular, but the food quality here is terrible! I miss Japan's konbi culture! Family Mart, 7/11, Lawsons, etc.

I’m currently stationed in Japan, in my 50’s and until I came across your channel failed to invest appropriately. Since subscribing I’ve really focused on my finances. We love 7/11 here, the frozen macaroni and cheese is Awesome . Would love to have a coffee and pick your brains for what else I need to do to make up for lost time.

Konbini's are so helpful here in Japan! You can even pay your utility bills and ship items with their white glove service. You can literally place your goods in a paper bag, which they staple a receipt to, and it goes across the country unscathed. Amazing! Come to Kyoto! It's nice and quiet here this time of year ;)

1:23 It's not a problem going to 7-11 at any time where I live in Jersey. 🧐

My wife and I went every day we were in Japan to 7-11 or Lawsons for the fresh Sushi, rice balls!! The local working would line up for them. My wife would go early to beat the 7am rush!

what's so wild is that Lawson's convenient stores were all in the US before Japan. The are originally from Northeastern Ohio and I grew up with them before they closed them all in the 90s
