Their production and supply is dead slow or even non-existent. I’m really worried about the after sales service and support. Idea was great but the execution by the company is horrible. It’s winter season already and they have ZERO product availability for the public.

@@kamranaziz2649 I would suggest you to buy solar split type water heater if you are in Karachi. It is expensive but I saw good reviews of it.
Apart from price they have not discussed energy efficiency and insulation properties.
