Just finished watching Wu-Tang: An American Saga for the 2nd time. This time with my 17yo son with my presence to help guide him so that he doesn't misinterpret stuff & think its glorifying the negative stuff. Its making him see & understand the hardship & consequences when negative & wrong choices are made vs the fruitful life rewards when positive & correct choices are made in life. Wu's negative ways got them nowhere. But RZA's persistence of getting out of the ghetto through his music yield greater reward in life. PEACE (Positive Energy Actives Constant Elevation) The unfortunate other side of the coin is OBDs life spiraling down due to substance abuse, which resulted in his inevitable death.
