FUNCTION OF TAILSTOCK
1️⃣ It provides support to the heavy and long jobs at the right-hand end of work.
2️⃣ It is used in Drilling & Reaming operations. Drill and reamer are held in the sleeve of the Tailstock
3️⃣ Job is held in between Centre with the help of tailstock
4️⃣ Taper turning can also be done with tailstock & method is known as Tailstock off-set method
