Andrea Klimowitz, is a psychologist, coach, and wellness consultant from Spain. Throughout her life, she has been fascinated by the concept of longevity, which is why Oneworld Ayurveda intrigued her.
Longevity is Andrea’s primary focus of research, so the principles of Ayurveda resonate deeply with her due to its alignment with nature's wisdom and its application to our bodies.
Andrea came to do a Panchakarma at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud, driven by her need to heal from severe kidney and bladder infections that left her microbiome compromised, leading to ongoing digestive issues. Andrea’s goal was to reset and gain clarity on what benefits her health, and learn how to nourish her body properly.
The seven days at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud were transformative-Andrea felt light, grounded, and significantly less bloated. The inflammation she struggled with nearly vanished.
