Hello there, thanks for your feedback- you’re absolutely correct. I mentioned that the Khaki which I also reviewed has an 80h power reserve and got this one wrong. I believe in both Watches they lowered the beat rate- hence as you point out it’s also 80hours for this open heart. Whilst the sweep of the second hand is a little more staggered it makes it so much more versatile. I too also love this piece- it’s finished really nicely at the price point.

Thanks for your kind words- I really feel that this is an undervalued dress watch. Offers so much in the form of its movement, construction, materials, and finishing. I've warmed to it a lot more.
The watch have also a Rose Gold variant , but it is with a leather strap which is not a bad thing , but do you think that there is a rose gold variant with a metal strap also covered in rose gold as well ?
I did not realise there was a gold variant. Maybe the reason for only including a leather strap with a gold option was to keep the cost down. Maybe if it was full gold for watch head and bracelet the cost would be too high for most Hamilton customers. Just my opinion though. Maybe get on the Hamilton website and send them an email if you’re interested.

I think its hamilton's H-10 movement (based on Eta-2824-2), with 80 hours reserve.
i think the bracelet is 22mm.

You should mention that this is the 42mm version as Hamilton also makes a 40mm version that looks very similar.
This watch is on some vintage avant-garde futuristic shit. It’s awesome.

Today I buy one, open heart dark blue hamilton. I love it.
If anybody want to buy it.I recommend try on your wrist before. Because there are twosize, color and strap.
I think you should buy at the Standard watch shop better than choose on the Internet.

What are the little purple rocks on the watch?
Its the jewel to lubricate the movement. This watch is 25 jewels. The more jewel, the more complex a watch is.
