I had a breakdown 3 years ago. I thought I wanted to die. I didn't, I just couldn't live the way I was. I booked tickets to see you in Blackburn, Lancashire. My hometown. You had to cancel due to COVID. PLEASE come back. I can't travel far so I was so sad the show was cancelled. Thank you for making me laugh when I didn't think I could anymore.

I've managed to stop short of a full onset of "Your fucked"-syndrome earlier this year. Sleep was shit, exercise went down the drain, food habits were sad and the general feeling was that of being constantly chased by some sort of invisible bogey man.
I'm glad you found your way back Steve! The Internet was too empty without your kind of humor and insights.
One of the joys in my life is that you're still out there doing your thing. You fucking rock, mate, you're an honest inspiration!

Really glad you're still with us. If you hit the lows again please remember "this too will pass". Not gonna sugarcoat it and go "cheer up!" "Think happy thoughts!" and all that positivity BS that really won't work in the darkest of darks. Sometimes all it is is just weathering the storm, mate. Why? Coz you can. Look forward to seeing any new material you've got planned. Enjoyed the uploads before the whole Covid thing happened. On that note, the medical system was pressuring me to get the vaccine due to the fact that I have a heart condition.
Thing is, this was during the omicron variant, you know the mild version as they call it. So got COVID and it was nothing too bad. Aches and chills at worst, but wasn't incapacitated. Probably due to a constant intake of elderberry and echinacea. Also living in rural Ireland and constantly maintaining a back garden probably was a factor.
If anything, the brief delirium after was the most worrying. I was like 'A fuck is this gonna go on for weeks/months/years... Though one of the days I felt really happy and content from it. I don't hold everyone in the medical profession as in on it, they help for things like monitoring the stability of my heart, but that part with the vaccine was annoying and after got Covid, showed how much it was pushed in mainstream medicine. My local GP was against the vaccine. Apparently he left when they pressured him in regards to the vaccine.

I manged to get through all my shit without pills. Balance out the diet and fitness to give you a good solid platform; then crawl up from there.
