      Hai provato ad eseguire i muscle-up tenendo il peso, come hai fatto per i dips, dietro le gambe?

    Saibov no bloquea los codos en casi ningún elemento ...solo en las muscleups , lo demás en cuanto a calidad se puede mejorar mucho .

      Bloquear le codos no es una muy buena idea, en calistenia al menos, son repes altas (con lastre) y eso genera un estrés enorme en esa articulacion, no todos somos iguales

      yea, my comment wasn't a hate comment btw that's why i started my comment with "Saibov u r strong ", and i did notice that Saibov corrected his pullups a bit, but still sergio's were more clean,
      PS: i like the last 5 muscle ups from saibov, lot of strength in it

    Lo q mato a Di Pascuale fue q tenia el peso casi en los dedos del pie jajajaj en cambio saibov lo tenía x las rodillas se controla mejor el peso 😁 😁 😁

    I can do about 5 pull ups, 22-23 pull ups, 25 dips and 40-50 push ups. How do I get super endurance?

      l'ho scritto perché il torneo si chiamava "Endurance Legend Tournament", non per autocelebrarmi. ma mi piace pensare di essere sulla strada per diventare una leggenda in questo sport.
