- I had a contest not to long ago celebrating a follower milestone and this is the first price that goes out to @Johns-amiibo-corner on Tumblr. They wanted an animatic with "The one thing" comedy bit with Merle as the narrator. It was a lot of fun to make but it took forever to finish (Thank you Johns-amiibo-corner for being super patient and nice)! Overall I'm really happy with how it turned out! I hope you guys like it!

I was excited to see how they dealt with that, and I should have expected it, but i didn't and laughed so long and hard. It was beautiful.

I've watched so many different versions of this, but this just my favorite one by far. Like I dunno if it's because of the faces, or the fact Merle as the "narrator", or because of how in character it would be for Taako or Lup to break a pool table or shitting on a laptop. Like damn, thank you m'dude
Aaaaa this is amazinggg, I thought I was sick of animatics using this audio cause they were always pretty repetitive and boring, but you added so many new things and little details, like how merle narrates while it's happening around him or Lup looking sheepish and Taako absolutely proud in the bg when Brad revealed them, or the little character interactions like carey and magnus talking on the couch or Lucy putting her hands on Merle's shoulders as she talked to him to steady him or how Lup gave Barry proud kisses cause he sweared on the police, or just how sometimes the audio was fitted to other characters dialouge instead of Merle's, for example, it was Lucretia who explained that the police were actually there, and just,,,,, hhhhvhbgbjbgbh I could rant about this endlessly, this is so fucking good, definitely the best animation I've seen using this audio yet.
I had never heard it, it's fun! (and a bit scary ^^;)

This is so PERFECT. I love all the details and everyone's expressions, they're so perfect. I was really surprised at first, because I thought for sure it was going to be Taako who stole the photos, but having it be John instead was SO PERFECT. Amazing job on this whole animatic! I couldn't stop laughing the whole time.

So, I've seen this video animated lot of times. I've seen an overwatch animation of this, and the first time I heard this was when I watched a Persona 5 animation for this (which was amazing). I am so glad that you decided to do an Adventure Zone animation for this. Thank you so much!

I have seen so many animatics of this, because it is beautiful, and even though I don't know the universe these characters are from, I can hands down say this is the best I've seen. The storyboarding is brilliant, and it makes the most out of one picture to the next, like the eyeball movement. It made this animatic incredibly fun and engaging(?) To watch, and yeah, I found myself laughing at parts I haven't in a while (because I've seen it so many times) simply because of the spin you put on it. This is amazing!!!
