Wow, so very cool. I'm not sure my nerves could stand that much traffic and noise beneath a horse I'm riding. You are smart and brave. That animal/human bridge is one of the cool things I've ever seen/thought about . Giving animals a safe way across a major high way shows what we are capable of as a species; such a hopeful thing. Thanks for highlighting it :)
Congrats on the successful ride! Here's to a very brave Tucker 🍎🍎! But, boy, was that nerve-wracking to watch! I can only imagine riding it myself..🤔 glad ya'll made it back safe. 💗🏆
Wow you Tucker make a great team!!! ❤ Congratulations on your first solo ride!! I only got about 2 miles on my first because he got buddy sour! 😢 Then it was a terrifying ride home but we made it!!
Sure hope you put off your trek West with the cold snap and snow across the South & instead went farther down into Florida.. Been wondering how you were doing. Crazy weather last few days with the record freeze & even snow / ice.
So proud of you both for conquering something new and somewhat scary! And what a good bonding experience for you two 🙏😊💗 Tuck is such a good boy. Edit: I'm also a natural brunette, and having pink hair was just the *coolest*! I loved it. The damage from lightening it, however, was not so cool. 😅
Thank you! I haven’t lightened my hair yet because not sure exactly what I want to do with it yet. I’m thinking go more of a pastel, which I would then have to lighten for 😬
Are bridges like that so uncommon in America? We have lots of those bridges and underpasses here in Sweden. Tucker seemed to be doing great! I remember my first time going through an underpass but it was for trains and quite scary because the horse was so tall and the tunnel so low I had to lay down on the horse to get through. So I know it takes some trust and guts to do that with your horse!
May I ask where you camped to do this? I see a state park online listed, but not sure it’s where you were. I’m about 2 hours north and would love to take Asa there and ride the overpass!
Shangri-la Campground is state park, and 5.5 miles away; however, I ran into other riders who said they were camping right near the landbridge, I didn’t think to ask where. It would’ve been on the east side of it
I don't find this scary, not the tunnel neither the bridge. In the netherlands there are plenty of it, even one under a channel with boats, scary bridges and tunnels, but most horses are bomfree😊 And when they're scared the rider steps near besides to her horse.
I live in Wisconsin and it's kind of funny to see somebody in Florida dressed like that I've never been there but I never picture that kind of clothing when I think of Florida temperature here last night was 15 below so even with all those clothes on I Still Envy you cuz you can at least ride I like the underpass tunnel that's cool glad Tucker was able to get under there is a place where we go ride and we have to cross a road it's not too busy but when you cross it has these yellow metal traction things laid in the concrete in the crosswalk and our horses always panic when they see them kind of like as if they were a pile of rattlesnakes
I love you all so much. Carmella, you are amazing, you are the best. The aerial view was Amazing!! You rode Tucker soooooo well! It was a bit scary to watch. Ruach is amazing!! Tucker is incredibly talented! And you all are just wonderful, amazing!! I love you all soooooo much!! My cow Gouri is Pregnant and I cannot wait for the baby! She already has 1 baby and I cannot wait for her to have another one. Once again, you all are amazing and wonderful, wish you all the best ❤! All the best, be safe, good luck. God Bless You ❤❤💙💙🐴🐎🐎🐴🎉!!!!! BTW do you like Western or English riding? And do you prefer feeding your horses Alfalfa or grains??
Congrats on the cow pregnancy! Since I grew up riding English, it will always be my top pick, but I would definitely choose Western for endurance. I feed a mix of alfalfa and grass pellets to get a. Ore balanced diet. Best wishes!
your hair looks so cute!!! you both did incredible on this ride!!!!
Thank you! I thought I’d try it out on the road when there’s no one around to interact with 😂
Awesome job Tucker!!!! You and mommy made it! So proud you buddy! ❤️🙏🏻
That is so impressive. Tucker is such a good horse

great, lovely horse. Guess you chose a challenge for
your first solo ride!!!
Thank you! Glad you liked it!
Great video. Great experience for the rider and the horse. Kinda gives an appreciation of the skills of logging horses and ponies.
Thank you! A lot of work goes into it!

There aren’t many overpasses you can ride across in America; it was pretty nerve-wracking 😂
@@CarmellaAbel Also, wasn't this one set up to allow a safe passage for wild life across a busy highway?
About 15 miles from my house.
It would be cool to live near!
@CarmellaAbel Just a little Northwest of there Is the Goethe Forest , excellent place to ride
Same!
Nice job! And cute hair!
Thank you! 😊

@ thanks for the info!! I’ll check into it more and see about booking a trip!
Where did you camp?
This was from Shangri-La
Fun!
What's the matter with his rear cannon?
Oh, that’s a phone number band I put on in case we were to get separated for some reason!
So sweet
Thank you so much!
