Precise and accurate can mean the same thing, given the context of a weapon’s accuracy.

It says: "For shooting sport, accuracy is the gun's ability to hit exactly what the shooter is aiming at, and precision is the ability to hit the same place over and over again in a repeatable fashion." Soldier in the video meant accuracy for sure.

LOL you are ignoring physics and aero dynamics to push a political agenda. As long the browning is fire up at a high angle. Once it reaches it's maximum height, it will most likely start to TUMBLE and have terrible maximum velocity. It's still going injure someone if they get hit, but it won't require a visit to the hospital. Remember, what goes up, must come down with LIMITED ENERGY!
