I'm fairly sure it doesn't really HAVE a name beyond Reimu's theme. Something like "Great Fairy Wars Reimu's Theme" is the response I've gotten when I asked a friend for a translation.
The song itself, yeah that's what the author called it. If you look on NicoNico he literally called it 霊夢のテーマ(笑) which translates to Reimu's theme (lol)
I was litterly fan girling when I saw the Mima sillhouette. As soon as Kogasa came I felt so depressed. Oh yeah by the way I can't spell cuz im stupid :)

That's a bizarre problem. Alright, obvious questions out of the way first. Are you using the most recent version of Danmakufu? www.geocities.co.jp/SiliconValley-Oakland/9951/pre/th_dnh_ph3.html Are you using applocale or making sure your computers system locale is set to Japanese? Are you using Windows 7? If you're running something like Windows 10 that alone may be the issue cause I've heard some strange problems from people.
I lied, sorry haha. I tried downloading Concealed the Conclusion, and it came with Danmakufu ph3. To my knowledge, that means that the script needs to play on that specific version. That version is the one that goes all crazy with its frames. The version I downloaded from that link you gave me doesn't do that, but it won't recognize the CtC script in it. I use windows 10, and I'm using applocale.
I hate to say it but if you're using Windows 10 you're pretty much on your own. I've heard it causes a lot of issues with other people, but I have no experience with it so I can't really help on that front.

How do you cap your fps on Danmakufu, whenever I open it it goes up to 900 fps, crazy fast.
