    This is honestly one of my favourite dishes EVER and when I saw the thumbnail, I immediately saved this video in my 'Watch Later' only to find out that this was your video today! 🤣🤣 I'll definitely be making this! Thank you for sharing!!

    I actually thought of using the chicken skin to crisp up like you did and this is what I would do at a masterchef competition to elevate this classic dish. When the chicken skin bakes, the flavour intensifies into this KFC fried chicken flavour, very delicious. My wife actually doesn't like boiled flabby skin too (I like it actually) but when crisped up like this, she will grab it haha. Joshua Weissman also added fried chicken fatty bits into his rice too.
