This reminds me of a very similar game called green glass door where it’s the same concept, but without the cards, the person just thinks of a rule. It’s a very fun game for road trips!
Yeah Amazon isn't great for board games besides the main stream stuff. Depending on which country you are in there are a ton of game stores available. I would suggest either using the "shopping" option in the Google search or if you search for the game on boardgamegeek.com there's a "buy" section that will list out a bunch of sites and their prices.
