The good thing about the late 90's early 2000's was a crazy amount of heavy music on the radio and tv, it really was unique, today there is hardly any.
Starting 2024 getting cheated on and betrayed. I had the deluxe version of this album when it dropped. I was 19 or 20. It’s 2000 miles away. When get back home I will play the shit out of this album and this song which I absolutely love. I never understood it’s beauty until here and now 20 years and one more heartbreak later. Thank you Cristian and Ill Nino for making such great music!

I'm 38 and I remember listening to this, God Save Us, Something Told Me by Coal Chamber, and heartwork by 36 crazy fists as a teenager. People can laugh about 2000s metal all they want, but the first 2 albums by this band are near and dear to my heart, and helped shape me as the metal head I am today.
This guy always had such a great voice, I love the blend of melodic and heavy that this genre of music used to put out. Elitists hated on Nu Metal for being musically simple, but who cares when it sounds so good? Complexity doesn't mean good.

I played a show with Marc Rizzo about 7-8 years ago. He had a little side project. Anyways, There were literally 10 of us there. His guitar playing and talent is not human. Such a nice guy as well. We all hung out afterwards. He even gets back to anyone who reaches out to him even though it may take him a while. Ill Nino was the best with this line up. My opinion of course. I wonder what he's up to now.
