I am a doctor and that too a cancer specialist. I have dedicated my 14 years to study to become this. Now when we see so many you tube videos showing that you can become rich by being an influencer, through Instagram …. Doing completely unnecessary things. A human can live without influencers, TH-camrs and Instagrammers but human life is impossible with people who are doing real job… be it a doctor, engineer, train driver, our waste collection man , our house helper, electricians, plumbers, milkman….these are just to name few. Instead of promoting people to become rich through social media, why can’t we teach people morality, values of being a good citizen…. Why don’t we teach them to have respect and honour for their service they provide daily to common man. We should motivate these people that you are no small if you are not rich and be proud of yourself. Why do we promote fast and easy money through social media…. Why do we even give views and importance to such social media platforms where it’s all just show offs and no real work towards humanity,

I am a IT professional from last 22 years and have seen all these changes and effect of social media, infact I have clients world wide and I do digital marketing for them. But I don't use social media my self. There is no such thing on social media which stays for long as humans we need something different everyday. In India I have seen families going to restaurant for dinner and instead of communicating with each other, they all are busy on their phones. So what's the point of family get together if you are going to be busy on your own mobiles, posting having pizza. Having dinner with mom and dad. Viral is something like covid, it will go one day. This whole social media is a very big corporate game. Keep it up and keep posting. I always tell youth that social media is good up to some extent, but for long term career it's not cup of tea. As these influencers are young , even though they get money but they don't know how to save it or make an asset which may help them in future .

There are 2 separate things : one is an influencer and the other one is someone like you and many great content creators . An influencer might be always on the fragile end but a content creator who learns and master the art of video editing, digital marketing, storytelling, graphic designing, copywriting is in itself honing many skills which will always be relevant and if required can be used to channelize money through these skills. So i believe Content Creation is ulterior most important skill because through content you market yourself as well as your skills, business, product, services etc. and social media gives you the platform to reach out to the masses
