@@stephenshop4946 Solar Panel got 2 voltage value, Voc (open circuit voltage) is when the panel not in operation. Vmp (voltage at max point) is where its voltage when it operate at max. Wattage under STC condition. You can normally find these 2 values at the panel specs or datasheet.
