Another fix to the arch cupboard would be to cut the top arch square and fix the top arch permanently, then hinge from the bottom of the arch being now straight and square. But good job bro looks good

You need a kreg jig from Lowe’s or Home Depot. You will love it when building anything that you need to fasten wood together.
