That looks good! The white meat is typical of hatchery trout. Atlantic salmon farms actually put food dye in their fish food to turn the meat a more appetizing color.

Mav like the simple video good one, just a note I have a BBQ that is called a volcano it really collapses down to nothing comes with a carrying case I use it when I barbecue a lot it really helps to not leave a mark on the beachfront
