Great talk! I'm looking into organizing a very small, one day gaming event, so a lot of what y'all are discussing wouldn't apply, but it's neat to hear everyone's depth of knowledge and passion. I've run an indie comics show for 15 years - definitely right that someone is always going to complain about something, lol.
About the cruise, and all the credit they are promising... I would be worried if the cruise line is still in business when the cruise is supposed to happen. Lets face it, it's not going to be easy for these companies.
