Great video Caleb! I really vibe with that last guy. He forgot one small mention however, he makes all of his money flipping My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure which is a game you've managed to avoid for quite a while now. Phoenix, hey tip on your up selling. Ask your customers more questions…. Point them in a direction of a product that corrolates to what they are talking about. You are throwing darts and bring it up random products with no information on the client. It seems cringe when people up sell like that.
