Nowhere does the Quran or Bible identify the Holy Spirit as Gabriel. In fact, the Quran indicates that it's not an angel, but something more mysterious: see Q. 17:85.
Q. 17:85 isn't talking about the ruh as 'soul,' btw, as the Quran never uses this term for the human soul.

God sent the Holy Spirit (Angel Gabriel) to the final Prophet, Mohammad, to deliver the message for all of mankind for our eternal salvation.
Qur'an 2:97-98. 97. Say, "Whoever is an enemy to Gabriel - it is [none but] he who has brought the Qur'an down upon your heart, [O Muhammad], by permission of Allah , confirming that which was before it and as guidance and good tidings for the believers."
28. Whoever is an enemy to Allah and His angels and His messengers and Gabriel and Michael - then indeed, Allah is an enemy to the disbelievers.

If people truly turned to God, God will magnify himself to them and they would _hear_ His words in their ears saying “I will not give my glory to another” (Isaiah 42:8, 48:11). They would hear and fear God when He said, “I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God besides me” (Isaiah 45:5). Jesus himself said to his Father that “you are the *_only true God”_* (John 17:3). Going against God the Father and His son is damnation, for there is only one God, and one Son (1 Corinthians 8:6, 1 John 5:1). Repent.

Do Muslims address God as Father, as taught by Jesus ? No. So the God revealed in the Scriptures is not the god of Islam. Secondly, the Holy Spirit inspired the writers of the Scriptures. The Holy Spirit speaks through the Scriptures. If you want to know how to have eternal life , study the Scriptures. Simple . By the way , the Quran denies the Scriptural and historical FACT of the crucifixion of Jesus (Sura 4:157), proving the Quran is wrong and Muhammad is a false prophet.
