Thanks Sylvia! It's funny the amount of stress and anxiety I felt about those appointments and they ended up not happening! Good reminder to go one day at a time. I agree kindness matters and I hope we see more of it!

Thanks Alysa. I always enjoy your wip n chats and keeps me company like were are just having a cup of coffee. So glad your babies are doing well and that her teeth cleaning went well. I just had both my yorkies teeth cleaned this month and I understand the anxiety involved. Small dog teeth always have more problems than bigger dogs and with mine being older I worry the whole time. Thanks for always being so positive and kind with your videos and posts and reminding others to be that way as well.
Thanks Carol! Do you have the vet do the dental under anesthesia? Now my girls are older, especially the cat, I worry about putting them under going forward unless they have an access or something that needs attention. I do brush the dogs teeth and so far its worked well the vet was really impressed. I also bought a brush for the cat we are going to try brushing hers once a week too.
@@thediamondstitcher Yes they do it under anesthesia and my dogs are considered senior dogs but they always do EKG and full work up including labs to see if they are fit for it. These little dogs have so much trouble with their teeth and I will admit I am a nervous, nervous Momma the whole time.
Hi Alysa, I discovered your channel around about October last year and decided to go back to the beginning and watch every video. I thought if I did that, then I would get to know you properly and not just have bits and pieces of your story. Well I can finally say that I have watched all your videos in chronological order and am up to date. I have enjoyed all your videos, but at the same time my heart goes out to you regarding your illnesses and the symptoms and issues they cause you. You are such an inspiration and I am so glad that Diamond Painting can sometimes help you. Currently I am working on a Dreamer Designs canvas called "Noel" by Lucie Bilodeau. It is a round canvas with a cute kitty in it that looks just like my own kitten. Sending happy and calming vibes your way, (all the way from Australia) and hoping this year is kinder to you. Thank you very much Catherine! I am very grateful to have found diamond painting, prior to that it was really difficult with lots of dark days. So far this year has been ok! I hope it continues that way. Australia is the one place I would love to visit one day!

Thanks Robin! I agree sometimes responding just makes the negativity worse. I tend to just report so they can be removed. it adds stress to an otherwise positive place. thinking if I was a newbie again it would really turn me off! Stash video will go up next week now!
I’m with you on rounds! I’m working on Ottis and I love my Richard Lorenz, but I was thinking the same thing, I am looking forward to going back to squares! I also agree, a little kindness goes a long way! Have a wonderful week 💗
I am so happy with the new squares! The older kits with a mix of old and new drills were hard for me to work on due to my nerve damage as the spacing was too tight in areas will old drills. So I am so happy to work on the newest ones!
I am so glad u mentioned Yellow Dog. I have two trays now and just ordered two more. They are busy and emailed that they may take longer to get them to me. I’m ok with that. They are worth the wait. So thanks again for mentioning them. I LOVE them

❤ Hi, just finished Christmas Eve at the Work shop and now starting Always and Forever. Had a hard end of week as my mother in law suddenly passed away. Diamond painting helps refocus a bit. Happy to hear that Abby is doing well.

Right?! I dont understand why some feel the need to make rude comments. Just so unnecessary! I am glad your treatment is going well. I am optimistic one of the procedures I have gotten has made I think a permanent positive effect so I am hoping the next one helps even more. I am currently paying for making all those minders so I am resting up so I can make more!!

Interesting, I will have to look into the multi-placers from DAC. I have issues with doing multi-placing with squares only and the square kits have been bothering my tendonitis more recently. I had finished two squares at the end of last year and didn't have the problem I am having now. Considering the amount of trash in the drills in this current kit, even though I just purchased it at the end of last year, it MUST be an older kit, considering your point about the older squares exacerbating the nerve damage you have. I tend to have a better experience with Dreamer Design drills than I do DAC, so I am really considering getting a square kit from them to see if I have the same issues. :)
Hi Bella La Luna! I found the kits that had a mix of new and old drills really were difficult on my arm. I am working on one with 100% newest upgraded frills and it's a dream. It hasn't caused any problems with my arm. The mixed kits the problem is the old drills were a bit bigger for the new smaller grids so there would be areas the diamonds were too tight and would require more force which aggravated alot of us with nerve issues or tendonitis etc. I may need to destash some of those kits and just work on the new ones as I find the new ones great.

I'm still working on Tiger Mantra by Christopher Lovell, hoping to finish by the end of the month. I'm trying to build up my round kits. Squares take me forever because I'm such a slow diamond painter, I still have a few squares left to get on my wishlist, but after I get those, I may just stick to rounds unless there is a kit that I must have, I'm not 100% sure yet. Dino, Pebbles, and Bamm Bamm are on my wishlist. With all the Looney Tunes and Scooby-Doo paintings that are coming on Wednesday, I have a feeling that I'll be adding a lot more to my wishlist. 😅😂 Hope you feel better soon. 🤗💜🙏
Hi Samantha! Can't wait to see your finish of Tiger Mantra! I had that one in cross stitch kit! I havent worked on it in quite a while. I like having 50/50 round and squares I find if I alternate each painting I dont get frustrated with either one. I will probably start adding some of those new lil diamondz kits to regular orders it was nice to just sit and bang out a quick one
@thediamondstitcher I have so many of the lil diamond kits on my wishlist now. 😅 The thing that's kind of annoying with squares is the size of them lately. They're massive!!

Wonderful chat! Just wish I could chat back. My cat Abby had teeth out as well when she was 5. She has a degenerative something. She also has a heart mermer we we found out when we went through a long battle of pain and gastroenteritis last spring. She also got the same shot that your Abby is on for arthritis. Didn't work for mine. What might help is buying her stairs. I got a 4 step from Amazon and my Abby uses it all the time because of her pain issues. I should just email you! Ha ha. I lopk forward to your detach video as I have been looking at mine and not sure what u have or where it is located in my house when I am looking for one. Thanks Jackie! I've contemplated starting going live so we all can chat together. Maybe when I have more consistent good days. I have stairs for the dog but the cat is not interested at all. she can usually end up jumping but its like she is hesitating sometimes she doesnt push off well and falls but on the second attempt she can do it. I wonder if it may be her depth perception as well. How many shots did you give her before you decided it didnt help?
Abby had 2 shots. When we realized how much pain she was in, we didn't know what exactly was happening. She wouldn't jump on my bed and she is a jumper and was crying in pain, so we
Gave her the shot to see. As it turned out she had chronic pancretitis and was on 3 different pain meds. It was a long haul and scary to be honest. She also has asthma. We are quite a pair lol. I have a friend whose older cat has been on the same shot for quite a while and he is doing great. I do hope your Abby does well with it and feels better! Keep me posted!

I bought Valentine Spaniel from the DAC Amazon store to work on as well as Next to You!!! I’m in the Lorenz event too but haven’t participated as much as I intended because my husband and I got COVID a few weeks ago! 😂🦩🦉I got Fabiola in a destash so that was super exciting! Hope you feel better and good for you guys for trying to take better care of yourselves!!!!
