I read the other day that ABC hasn't renewed any episodes past what they've already shot. Also read that the show is doing so bad in the ratings that they asked Laurie Metcalf and John Goodman to take pay cuts - they can't afford to pay them the salary they were making on the Roseanne reboot due to poor ratings and dropped advertising.
@@robs5252 All signs that its on its way out too. Usually if show isn't picked up for more episodes a season two reasons: Costs to much and still might bring back next season or ratings or so bad they will finish airing the episodes but is gone once done. Then silently canceled.

Yes, I used to watch it and enjoyed it, but, I read a few articles concerning the reboot, and they all said it was to bash Trump and something to do with the political climate now that he's in office, so I decided right then and there, to give it a pass. Very disappointed.

I loved the reboot. I especially loved Miles Silverberg aka Grant "sexy "Shaud 😍😍.Sad that it was cancelled. Love how Candice Bergen tells it like it is. Also glad Miles did not end up with the bleach blonde cheerleader.

I spoke to my mom and told me it was being filmed in NYC. due to Bergans husband. All the original crew stayed in L.A. I heard the general consensus was that it was going to fail before it started. They were right. Wrong time for a political has been show. I saw a taping one evening. Roseanne Barr was the audience warm-up pre- taping entertainment. I was bored to tears. The only people laughing were the shows writers laughing at their own jokes. The genius minds would have let Roseann Barr do her show, even though she made a comment about a monkey??? Go figure the morons in Hollywierd.
