great video! my grandma moved here in the 60s and my family has lived here ever since. i grew up on newland next to the newland house, and my dad and my siblings all graduated from huntington beach high school. I really liked your inclusion of the historical pictures of those landmarks, i wish we still had some of the things that we lost to time such as the pacific railway, and the main street huntington beach sign structure
I grew up there. Married a surfer, raised my children there. Married on bolsa chica State Beach. Sad part is the tourism... Old HB was mostly, oil rigs, horses & farming. Traffic is horrible now too

Thats so cool and what a small world! I am a newer resident to HB but I love it very much. Thanks for sharing your memories. Love it!
This is awesome! I miss living there. Hate the heat here in Vegas but CA is far too expensive now.
Thank you! I hear you 100%. I did another documentary on Vegas. You may like that one too. Hope you can come visit soon 😁
My home town to my sister living there hi Terry 😊

Dose anybody remember fishing boats at the end of the pier with a ladder for half day fishing. Or gordie shop under the pier????
I've heard stories! Did you ever go fishing on one of the boats?
