Never seen this, and I’m a huge Pink Floyd fan! Thanks Mike H. I wonder if that was all Bowie did at this show. Filling in for Roger Waters on this song isn’t really making the most of his vocal talent. Gilmour sounding great singing and of course he’s as good as it gets on six strings. Looks like Albert Hall didn’t allow the typical amazing light show. Rick Wright was keyboard player. He has passed away. Nick Mason is the drummer, and original member and was there too. The only other original members are Roger Waters, bassist and sometimes vocalist, who left to go solo, and Syd Barret, who was with them early and lost his mind from LSD, and basically was replaced by David Gilmour

Great choice for a reaction! Like you guys I've always been a big fan of Pink Floyd and David Gilmour, and so I was determined to have them on my channel sooner rather than later. I started out earlier this year with Nightwish and Ayreon, followed by a number of other artists and bands, but I knew it would take me some extra time and effort to remaster and reformat this particular show that David did back in 2006. I will be uploading the rest of the songs from this concert too, in the coming weeks and months. Bowie also appeared as a guest singer on Arnold Layne at this concert, which was immediately prior to Comfortably Numb. I think the way he let the band and Gilmour have the spotlight here, really shows his modesty and also his respect for their achievements. Loved the guy that rocked out in the audience! For a list of the band members at this show I'd gladly refer anyone to the original video's description, the link to which can be found right below this reaction video. Yes, Wolfman, the keyboard player's name is Rick (Richard Wright), and on drums they had Steve DiStanislao, a very talented drummer who just can't seem to stop smiling. Thanks for picking this one off my channel. Wishing you both all the best! ~Mike H.

There were other guest musicians at this concert. David Crosby and Graham Nash also played on some songs. David Bowie sang the old Pink Floyd song "Arnold Layne" and the doctor's part in "Comfortably Numb". Many greetings from Germany

Bowie also sings the entire song "Arnold Lane" during this concert being a big Syd Barrett fan plus he's four or five years younger!! This was done in 2006 and it's on blue ray & DVD.
Also David Gilmour has David Crosby & Graham Nash of Crosby, Stills and Nash Fame singing backup for David G. For songs on David's "On an Island" album at the same show here! Additionally, during an interview when they were all together David Bowie invented the nickname "THREE D", having David Gilmour, David Bowie and David Crosby all performing during this concert!!

Guy Pratt, who took over from Roger Waters when he left, was on Bass. Although not an original Pink Floyd member, was with them until the end, and went on to be Bass player with David Gilmours band, and with Nick Masons 'Saucer full of secrets' band.
