May Allah remove your pain, burden and sorrow and bring you eternal happiness! Wallahi I pray for all muslims going through heartbreak of any kind... May Allah give you ease and peace
As a man I’m still understanding the importance of emotional vulnerability and Alhamdulilah I am a lot better then I was last year. A really good Muslim podcast I listen to that helps me is called Honest Tea Talk on TH-cam.
I can relate. Cleaning helps me. Praying, making doa, talk to Allah. tell myself that some people are worse than me and because I am alive and healthy I thanks Allah. I have a home, I have food. Some people are homeless. after all that thinking, I just come down and read or listen to Coran. remind myself that life a a short journey that will end and there is up and down.Dont forget that we are human and it s ok to feel bad sometimes 😊
You are so brave, heard the quiver in your voice at the beginning, i could tell how hard it was for you to film and talk about your feelings. But thank you for doing it. You not only helped yourself but so many others. Thank you for the realness 💗
I feel you...one of the reasons I got off of insta to much of everybody having the perfect life. Thank you for sometimes just keeping it real, especially during this unprecedented time. My go to is to open all windows .....cleaning is therapeutic. Thank you for this video..😍
subhanAllah , you wouldn't believe that i was just so upset ,having self doubt , and thinking back on things i thought i had let go . then you posted this video. i really needed this , thank you
Nothing you go through in life is ever wasted. Every failure, every setback is a means to grow and get closer to Allah swt. Even when your pain is unbearable and you’re full of doubts, never give up. How can you when you know He is with you? His Mercy will follow in sha Allah.
Dear Aesha, I don't know if this is for everyone but Doing any charity work helps with the mental health. You can start just by donating, volunteering in places like the food bank or homeless shelters or sharing your skills in non profit organizations. If you want to go the extra mile, you can create a group and sponsor a refugee to come either to Canada or US who is in a really bad situations, like a small family or an orphan teenager. Just making a difference even if it's small will help in self confidence and reduces stress or sadness you may be feeling. Hope this helps 🙏 and I wish you happiness in your life ❤.
I literally have the same “sad day” routine as you!! I live in Florida so the beach is only 10 minutes away so I try to go on those sad days - especially during the pandemic. Thank you for being soooo real, Aysha!! 💞
I can relate. I would say that I cry a lot. Whenever I feel deeply depressed. Such is life at times. I appreciate you being candid with us. Love you Aysha 🤗
My mom just recently passed away 😢and u literally remind me of her she loves going to the beach whenever she feels down 🥺❤ i love you ❤stay strong and blessed
Dunya is designed to be full of ups and downs .a good cry and Duaa always does for me. thank you for keeping real sis. rememeber Allah is always with you
this is probably one of my favorite videos that you've ever made 🥺❤️ thank you for being vulnerable with us! This made me feel so seen and so at peace ✨
Yes, I also take up on cleaning when I feel down or angry of something, then I keep coming back to the area that I cleaned to boost my mood that day and I notice that I get more done at that time.
Am on your team when it comes to cleaning base on feelings! I clean when am upset, when am angry with someone or situation and would not eat! I can clean the whole house until am tired And just have shower and sleep like a baby! One thing I have learned in dealings with my feelings is not to feel stress on things I can not change or have control over! Hope you feel better girl!
I agree with you about the sun, I live in San Diego when the pandemic hit I stayed inside a lot, I felt my mood change, and when it was raining for 2 weeks it was darker, now I enjoy standing in the sun for 10 minutes with tea or coffee.
Thanks for sharing!!!!!! We all have bad days. The not suppressing your feelings is what touched me because I find myself doing it all the time. Just the other day I told myself to let go, cry and it's ok to feel the way I was feeling at that time. ❤❤❤❤❤
You hit the nail on the head. Sunlight, candles and perfume is my uplifting recipe. I always wear perfume even if I’m in the house all day or going to sleep. I wish you amazing days to come and sending positive vibes!
Thanks soooo much for taking us to the beach with you and allowing us to go with you through scenic route! So grateful for that and your sharing. Hope when you and others see this post, you had a good day.
Aysha you are an amazing youtuber I've never came across one that is so down to earth and you can honestly relate to. Ive been having a sad day and watching this did help! ily and hope u have an amazing day
You did a great job managing a stressful day. We all go through things and you displayed excellent coping skills. Some of them are like mine and others are excellent ones to try. I was sooo jealous 🤔seeing you on the beautiful PCH. I wish I was there especially now. I like to remember something I heard long ago “ All storms don’t come to disrupt our lives. Some storms come to clear our paths to better ways” . It kinda reminds me that we can’t have flowers without rain. Anyway some days we’ll (you and I bc we’re a family) laugh together and some days we’ll cry together but it’s all good in the end. Stay strong, you’re Always Beautiful, Stay safe and well. ❤️❤️💖💖🥰🥰🥰🥰
That is a good saying, I remember it also. A good friend of mine also pointed out that with hardship their is ease some people confuse it as after hardship there is ease. While in fact with the hardship at the same time their is ease because these hardships are bringing us closer to allah and really reminding us what is important
I liked this video because I feel we do similar things when we’re in a funk. Like I intentionally get my nails done an hour away just so I can drive and get away from the house, especially already working from home. I’m also big on scents and thought it was weird but lighting a candle helps to calm me & put me in a relaxed mental space as well.
Nothing wrong with feeling sad. You have to embrace it before it becomes a pain/issue in your physical body like eczema, back pain, and cysts etc because it’s some suppressed emotion from your emotional body so do what makes you happy that day and cry it out never suppress it. As much as nature shows us rainy days and sunny days it’s the same way our bodies work it does not mean the rain is bad for you. Teal Swan- How to feel your emotions is an excellent watch about this too
Ayesha, I just want to say thank you for making a vlog like this. I've been feeling the exact same way and I agree, feeling it completely and letting it pass really helps to address and move forward! Vlogs like this feel so personable and I love seeing how others understand their own emotions and pain, it gives me a new perspective on how to understand myself as well. I'm always making dua for you
Yes cleaning and baking are so therapeutic for me so that is all I’ll do when I’m one of those moods and let’s just say I have been baking a lot since the pandemic hit! You’re human and it’s ok to have bad days, just keep you’re faith strong! You are a very strong woman! May Allah grant you peace ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We all have those days! Loosing my dad almost my life and my husband Cancer fight seams overwhelming at times! And yes this pandemic is not helping anyone!! I do the same or change something to a diffrent place and it helps!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much aysha, today was definitely one of those days for me and I wish I could have done some of these....life has been so overwhelming recently and watching this relatable video somehow makes me happy...so thank you.
I love the realness in the video, you don't always have to be preppy and cheerful it's ok not to be ok you are human. Insh'Allah Allah the Almighty, All-knowing will ease every step you take 🤗🤗
Virtual hug, so relatable, i just got divorced recently too alhamdulillah, but not even just because of that, lockdown, covid, winter, somedays are just meh, when your voice cracked and you sighed and then faced the day head on, I felt you! After hardship comes ease xxx
Aysha thank you so much for this vlog....I have been feeling down and yes this pandemic adds to my mood. The entire routine that you do really helps get me through also. It helps to have someone who understands every aspect of the mood. Sometimes as a Muslim in my world anyway folks seem as if it's tabu to be sad, but it's just human nature. Alhamdulillah you're in Cali near a beach. It's freezing here but I may take a drive down to Lakeshore anyway. This video was just what the doctor ordered. Just watching this made me feel better about my dad days...Keep them coming...I really appreciate you! May Allah SWT make it easy for you...
You are going to be ok Beautiful Queen Aysha its okay to cry because you're not alone. I am here for you but most of all Allah is too. The universe wants to inform you about moving forward and never looking back on your past. You're stronger than what you think- Allah bless you. I love you ❤
I’ve actually been down for a while too. You feel motivated and strong one day. But the you feel like crying and very emotional the other. I really don’t like the feeling. But I’m glad you’re not sugar coating anything and you’re showing reality. I hope you and everyone going through gets through it! ❤️
Your voice is shivering Aisha. so much respect for you for shedding light on this topic. we need to see more REALITY on social media . praying you find peace with whatever you are asking Allah swt for. Ameen.

I find cleaning super therapeutic as well, I feel like when my room is a mess i'm a mess lol
what you said about cleaning is so me. whenever I'm sad, I just want to clean something and it makes me so much better.
