Might be, but you have to consider that in guilty gear, (not sure how much you know about the game), Gobou has won a major with literally every character he's mained, so a lot of the gameplay here might just be a raw skill diff. He's also notorious for picking characters up really quickly.

I’m pretty sure her ultimate is a counter, so you can’t use it in a combo(I haven’t played her)
When her super is done raw its a counter/parry. She can also combo into it.
