Excellent performance of this 1713 (1714) Antonio Vivaldi transcription by J.S. Bach! Quite impressive duo-flawless musicianship. From Wikipedia: The concerto transcriptions of Johann Sebastian Bach date from his second period at the court in Weimar (1708-1717). Bach transcribed for organ and harpsichord a number of Italian and Italianate concertos, mainly by Antonio Vivaldi, but with others by Alessandro Marcello, Benedetto Marcello, Georg Philipp Telemann and the musically talented Prince Johann Ernst of Saxe-Weimar. It is thought that most of the transcriptions were probably made in 1713-1714. Their publication by C.F. Peters in the 1850s and by Breitkopf & Härtel in the 1890s played a decisive role in the Vivaldi revival of the twentieth century.
I love this tune.So I got this score from FREE SCORES .COM .And now I rewriting for two guitars to play with my friend. Thank you very much for your nice performance.
Bach admired Vivaldi (as you know) and transcribed some of his other compositions. Here's what you're talking about: th-cam.com/video/KFVLv0JNp4M/w-d-xo.html
Great playing. I noticed the female is not resting the guitar on her left thigh. I can't see properly but is it resting on her right leg or does she have some sort of set up to hold it in place?
Looks like they are both using suction cup supports instead of going high up on a foot stool. The guy has a support combined with a footstool in probably the lowest position.
Un immense Bravo..pour cette magnifique interpretation magistrale....!!!
Wonderful playing. great balance and tone.

You know your stuff.
Great playing. I noticed the female is not resting the guitar on her left thigh. I can't see properly but is it resting on her right leg or does she have some sort of set up to hold it in place?

She uses an ergoplay support, the Tröster-model.
Not D minor, but D major!
Great playing but isn't this D major?
Oops -
and its originally from Vivaldi, transcribed by Bach for keyboard
Yes, as transcribed by J.S. Bach (from Vivaldi) for Harpsicord. Must be a typo.
Antonio Vivaldi. Concerto in D Major, RV 230, Op. 3, No. 9
Isso é Vivaldi e não Bach.
This is a Vivaldi composition. Nada a ver com Bach.
