Yea do would be cool if you were near by. I always need a second or 3rd hand from time to time. The laser has been fun to play with so far. Hopefully it will start paying for itself quickly.
Hello there! I have a question for you, i just got my 100 watt laser the red and black, it came with a broken laser tube, am at a point idk what to do.. tips? How u liking it so far
As far as laser cutting the machine is great. Only issues i have with mine is i can’t get it to engrave bi-directional. The machine is well built. I do wish the bed could go lower on mine so i wouldn’t have to take the honeycomb and slats out to use rotary or roller. My next c02 i will buy will probably be a thunder laser. But that’s because they seam to have better tech support. I turned in 3 tickets on mine and heard back once after i fixed the problem.
Hello, I have a question for you as an owner of a 130w. I’m considering one but someone said I need to be concerned on smaller engraving projects because the laser may not be able to do them as well as a 80w because of the minimum watts required to fire the tube. Have you had this issue?
@@joshuaosteen0616 i have engraved many pictures with this with no issues. It doesn’t get the best quality on the ultra high detail. But will still do photorealistic images. Now saying that i do use other lasers for my photorealistic images. This laser runs about 8 hours a day running leather patches. The patches will have a lot of fine detail that machine will do with no problem.
@@joshuaosteen0616 depends on if you are doing a lot of cutting with it. If doing a lot of thick wood or acrylic i would go with 130w. If only wanting to do small stuff more engraving based i would go smaller with something like the polar+ 55w

@@Jeffdoeswhat would you suggest 130w or 80w as my solo laser? And thank you for your time and response.

@@Jeffdoeswhat thank you. I’m probably going to go with the 130 because I will be doing a combination of both.
