Appreciate it. The main issues with most Samsung units are air gaps. So this duck bill are garbage, but they work for around a year or so. Now Samsung has put more holes in the drain. Whirlpool, GE, frigidaire has very similar drain tube. Very effective. I have done quite a few drain swap on Samsungs. The main idea is keeping warm air from entering the compartment. Also the Icemaker room, seal around that. Thanks for watching

I think I saw somewhere that they changed the design of those ''duck bill'' pieces because they gave so much trouble. That was a stubborn clog for sure. I'm surprised at the number of techs that don't use a steamer Good work with that one.

Yeah Samsung are always looking for solution for its refrigerators. I have sealed many of them. From the icebox to the water filter tube and water going into the Icemake. They need sealing so many issues. Drain tubes should be replaced yearly.

Very good video. My samsung fridge freezer model RB29FWRNDBC is leaking water from bottom of freezer door onto kitchen floor. Spoken to samsung team they told me to through troubleshooting but first levelling the fridge freezer to see if water stops leaking. But I think it's what you were doing in your video. Unblocking the ice. I have a 5 year warranty on it. Runs out in July 2024 so need to get moving and they need to sort it out for me.

Don’t do anything to it, they will get tired of you, and refund your money. Then you can watch some of my videos on sealing them up to stop it. Call warranty on it. Thanks for watching
