I am 46 too and I passed the writing test. Now I am getting ready for reading. After that Social studies, science and math. Its no easy but is possible. Don't give up. Only you can do that for you. Good luck

If you can afford 20-23 dollars a month i would suggest signing up with essential education. It’s very good at showing you how to solve problems and its breaks down the categories for you. After each lesson you take practice quizzes. Give it a shot. I believe in you.
