Is there a way to adjust the actual shield pivot mechanism for a better seal ?

My internal visor mechanism broke. The side with the handle goes up and down but the other side (left side when looking at the helmet) will not move. I see no track or other way to get it moving again. Any ideas? Thank you.

Watched this to figure out how the hell the visor goes back on without ‘popping off’ when moved. Pay close attention to tha small clip on the inside of the visor(not the two round ones). If you don’t get this in position and clipped in it won’t stay secure. A little more detail on this would help greatly. Also, my pin lock seems slightly too big? It creases the end of the plastic and there isn’t a good seal near the pin. Any ideas...

Thank you. I've been fighting this %^&* thing for an hour. The instructions could sure be better, couldn't they? I long for the days when the most difficult part of shield replacement was finding the screwdriver ;)
