Nice machine work! Great to see your custom parts. You could always tap a hole off to the side of the pin hole to use a screw head to capture the pin, but if it’s not a problem…leave it!! Great part!
Another case of " if you want it done right" .... nice work, and looks like a nice tight tolerance on the holes hopefully won't wallow out to soon on yah . 💥💥👊🤘
Nice work, Brian👍🏼 i’ve had to do that myself with my 71 supreme, it kept snapping hinge, pen, braces in the rear so I made one out of steel and it’s been holding up🤙🏼💯
Beefcake pin brace. Yeah I've found carbon fiber isn't so great on high stress spots. But useful for stifning and for looks. Block off plates. I was just thinking you could make custom hing pin braces to change the toe in..I personally don't like the look of 3% on a 1/5 scale.. but I'm a bit ocd for no good reason at times. 0:15
Hey Wally, eliminating the toe in is the plan. I seriously doubt i'd notice the difference, especially since its usually upside down or barrel rolling on its way to upside down, lol. Thanks for checking it out buddy
@RCWalletVacuum bahaha. The toe in keeps the back wheel planted. But how much toe in, is the big question lol . There ya go flip king. Hey plenty of bloopers right. 😁✌️
Once again great video Brian your skills never cease to amaze me!!
Thanks Vance! Has it dried up yet enough to try your new Baja? Sure the hell hasn't here
Awesome work that brace looks like it will withstand whatever abuse you put it through 👊💪🏻👍
Thanks Kong, and i admire your optimism lol! Thanks for checking it out

Thanks Kyle! At the rate its going weather wise around here, i'll never even get a chance to try it. Thanks for checking it out.

@@kgm5512 of course now that the weekend is over, lol
Great job Brian, u definitely know ur work👊🏻
Thanks buddy, i've been watching for some videos of your electric Vekta. I'm curious to see it run. Thanks for checking it out

Thanks Addict. I'm sure i'll discover a new "weak point" now. I just saw your Vekta run video and i love that 71cc
That brace is not going to break anymore! 👍
Hey Jukka, apparently you haven't seen my driving videos, lol. Thanks for checking it out
On the brace, drill & tap a small hole next to the hole where the pin goes through, screw and washer will hole the pin from coming out .
Thanks for the tip Dave, beats searching the grass for a missing hinge pin lol. Thanks for checking it out

Damn Ben, steel, that's the way to go with that engine!. Thanks for checking it out
Nice came out sweet 🤙
Thanks JR, hopefully it defies my constant attempts to break it. Thanks for checking it out

Wow my friend! That's the "Beef Master" front end. I think it should hold up just fine. Great job. 👍👍👌👌
Thanks buddy! I'm sure my crappy driving will find a different weak point, lol. Thanks for checking it out
