SBA creates all these required things to assure the disadvantage doesn't get a loan. Three years in business and we all know most small businesses don't last that long due to Capitol. We're help to help, if you can do it yourself first.

So do not apply for program until you have been in business for 2 years. Can you get contracts without being 8a certified?

I have a problem with a section in my 8a application. I run a small minority owned business, that is also HUB certified. Part of the Social Narrative indicates that I need to: "Please attach a narrative statement providing specific claims, incidents of bias, or discriminatory conduct directed towards you." I thought that so long as you're a minority owned business, you do not need to provide any basis of social disadvantage?
