  • **I am so sorry if there is an ad in the middle. I can't remove it until I have more watch hours. I promise as soon as I can control that aspect, none of my videos will have ads in the middle!
Today's video is a sleep clinic role play where you'll answer some questions, get some help from me to prepare, and then a POV change to laying down with low lighting where I'll help you fall asleep with some gentle triggers.
    00:00 Questions about your sleep
06:46 Preparation for sleep (facial cleansing, hair brushing, applying electrodes)
18:20 Gentle triggers to put you to sleep (low lighting)
    Hope you enjoy. :)

Timestamps and a change in POV, wow, fancy! 😂
Thanks for another great video, and for the daily output. It’s a great way to get yourself out there, and for us to get to know your vibe, which is super so far.

I thought I only missed one video but I've missed three! This one was top-notch; the POV switch going from bright to dim lighting was a wonderful idea. More like this please! Lol

Oh wow, I wasn't expecting the mpve to the sleep room at the end, but I always love when ASMR videos move to an even more relaxing phase as they progress. Thanks for the video; I hope you're having fun trying various things out!

Wow. Amazing. Someone on Reddit ASMR linked this, so glad I found.
Can’t believe you’re new, as good as or better than artists who have been around for a long time.
Voice is perfect, keyboard tapping, gloves - all on point.
Congratulations on what you’re doing, looking forward to more.

Loving those small natural sounds of moving your fingers, or shuffling around, etc. Scratching was on point too. Good sounds this go around.

I remember when current big asmrtists weren't that famous yet, and their videos were more about the idea and delivery. Now, even though they have better equipment and more views, the creativity seems to have faded. I guess when you're praised every day, your vision becomes cloudy.
I wonder if the questionnaire is all improvised or if it was a prepared text...
    Anyway, good video. Thanks

I was just talking about this with my wife yesterday, comparing ASMR content creators with your favorite music band before they got big & “corporate.”You remember fondly their first album, when they were still raw and hungry.
Not to take anything against some of the big OG ASMRtists; they’ve earned their place. It is fun sometimes to look at their first year of videos though-there are usually some million-view classics in there.
All that said, ASMR with some lower end equipment, a phone and a somewhat decent set of mics, is often more natural and tinglier than with the high-end camera, mics, & lights. Especially with a talented ASMRtist at the wheel (like this one right here).

I can imagine it's tough to keep everything fresh when you've been doing it a while, but some of my favorite creators have a huge following and are still turning out some super creative stuff! 🤗

Ooo that makes me think of Liz Gilbert's TED Talk about creativity and how it's something that flows through people rather than a static trait, which can apply to any genre of creative expression!
