I admit I started to like ending up there because you can just stand still for a few seconds without pressing anything, then punch that boo in the face every time. So funny to me for some reason.

And the thing about it is that once you enter Z64's castle, you cannot go back.
@@january3rd293I thought that only happens when you die, unless it's in Tiny Huge Mountain, or on the fires in the room you spawn in when you do collect a star. (0.7 player)
Even unfinished it's still remarkable. This romhack's greatest strength and weakness is just how much of a labyrinth it is. A lot of people don't like games this open where you're not guided along through every step. The excitement is in figuring out the mess of B3313 and seeing all of the little nooks and crannies it has to surprise and befuddle you with.
This is a dev build
It can definitely be seen as a modern take on Yume Nikki.
Im guessing most areas are completed though? Cant wait to play soon, if 0.7 was crazy cant imagine how this will be lol

I remember saw this b3313 dev build video
I love it cuz it changes the sky depending on the time. if your playing it in the morning/afternoon the sky is in day, but if your playing it in the evening/night the sky is dark. and I love that feature
One of the areas you spawn in after collecting a star just straight up being Bob-omb Battlefield is actually kinda sick.

Ok why is vanilla castle weird. I have seen it look normal in some other streams and videos so why is it weird here. Was the game updated?
if your askin why the vanilla castle doesnt seem "vanilla" to you, its because its not *completely* vanilla, its the E3 castle, where the paintings are different, the stairs are missing and for some reason its slightly darker than normal
and yes it did get updated, the normal one you've seen in streams come from 0.7, this is 1.0

@@draykedudzic8604 it depends on the day. If it's night time, the textures change but if it's daytime you get normal castle.
Some areas are only accessible in night time and daytime respectively

In my experience I haven't found any and I don't think it has but I only played 0.7v and a little of 1.0v soo maybe it has
theres only one, but fortunately its a joke jumpscare
the only jumpscare i know about is the *BUP* one
There's at least a couple.. Though I could say the most straightforward one is more funny than scary and you can kind of see it coming in the first place.
