Hi Up to Govindghat you can take your vehicle.There you will get parking at Nominal cost. However the motorable road is till Pulna Village which is around 4 km from Govindghat. But only union cabs are operating in between these places. So till Govind ghat you can drive.

It's possible but the journey will be a little hectic. Ghangaria to Govind Ghat trek of 14 km Govind ghat to haridwar approx 300 km will take the next 10 hours road journey.

Yes you can take your car till Govind Ghat. There you need to talk to the hotels and ask them for the parking space for your car.
