Also for the people who are saying it's just a tire and the guy's over reacting: When a tire blows like that on landing it can cause a bunch of issues, many of which need to be treated as an emergency. The shrapnel from the tire blowing can cause damage around the entire underside of the wing, engine, and landing gear. The adjacent tire may spontaneously fail too, and the blowout can sever hydraulic, oil, and brake lines, which can then spill flammable fluids onto the superheated brakes and catch fire. You can see a few flashes of something briefly igniting but luckily extinguishing again almost immediately. Additionally the debris on the runway means they need to close it and clear it or it could damage other planes taking off and landing.
