I have a 4 month old, and i use Ikea chest of drawers in her room. We have a changing mat and nappy caddy on-top of them, i use them at least 3 times a day. But i use the one downstairs most of the day. This has been the case since she was born x
Try a heat patch on the area of back that hurts, they are safe to use as long as your overall temp doesn't get too high. Will help ease it a bit at least. Hot water bottles and wheat bags are all your friend. P.s so appreciate you wearing gloves when touching food for others!

Muslins are brilliant for in the summer while breastfeeding! I had my baby girl last May and I used muslins to keep the sun of her or just to cover myself up so I used all of mine! So they don’t over heat and you don’t get all sweaty 😂 defo a life saver!! Xxxx
Hi Hannah you're looking fab. Just so you know Lidl sell their version of Water Wipes but are much cheaper. You only need the Water Wipes for very early on but it's good to know because they are expensive.

I’ve experienced it myself when pregnant, check with your midwife but I think Gaviscon is ok to take xxxxxx
I'm Literally Super Excited 😆 now for you both to have your beautiful baby boy Hannah as just looking at your baby grows on your vlog just now really took me back to when I was expecting my four boys even though the eldest will be 28 years old in July and his brother ironically was born two years and one day apart on the 30th July and the eldest on the 31st July and Obviously 🙄 October the previously year was a bloody boring month Pmsl 🤣 hun . But joking aside I honestly hope everything goes really well for his birth and Pllllease take ALL the painkillers suggested to you as I always remember my saying to me a week before I had him that she wasn't going to tell me what birth was REALLY LIKE ... Yeah , fucking charming she was hey NOT !!! But tbh with you I'm pretty sure that nowadays things are miles better and prepared for your birth Lovely 🥰 and Most of all take care of yourself Xxxx

Heat pad helps with pain and gentle massage with essential oils will help keep well Hannah not long now! Xxx
