Will a 275/70/17 tires rub on a lexus 470? What do you guys need to shave to make it work? Planning to have mine lifted and all terrain tires and don't want too much shaving or modification. What do you guys suggest on wheel offset and tires size? Thanks

Great videos guys! Thinking of buying a GX 470 or 460. I would want off-road and tow capacity. Maybe a 1" to 2.5" lift. The air bag suspension looks problematic so I would want that removed and replaced with coils at the back. So, what would be an easy, low to moderate cost conversion still allowing me to pull a 3,000 to 5,000 pound trailer without noticeable sag at the rear? Are heavy duty rear coils available? Spacers? Shocks with coil overs? thanks!!
I still have factory airbags, and have maxed out the 6500 lb tow limit, it was a rental travel trailer, and the owner said his F150 drops a fair amount, but my GX470 kept the vehicle level after hitching. Pulled like a champ!
Tires/Wheels - $1800 Lift - $4000 Labor - $1500 Probably over estimating here a bit but somewhere in the $6.5-7.5k range. If you don't need remote reservoir shocks, aftermarket upper control arms or aftermarket wheels you could almost cut that price in half.

Quick question really like the wheel set up you chose and the GX 470 did you have to do any trimming in the front or rear with this tire set up?

That GX looks great. Does the computer not give an error code cause the air bags are gone?
It does not after we remove the fuse and the relay for the system. Thanks!
I didn't remove fuse or relays and no lights for me on a 2008

How much inch of a lift was this you did for front and rear? did you have to do any trimming? seems like everything cleared okay with no rubbing.

I placed my phone upside down and listened to the audio only so that I didn’t have to watch the zippy always moving footage.
Holy gimbal movement and cross fades. Good info and stuff but damn, get a new videographer and editor.
Too many adds besides the camera thing.
Count to 10 before you move the camera.
