Glad to see you had a bit of trouble putting the Nemesis wheel clamp on too. I've owned mine for 5 years now, and it doesn't get any easier to install, especially in my case, having arthritis in my lower back, so I dread putting it on lol. Still, it is an effective lock and worth the money spent on it.

You can pick that lock with an old marker made of plastic under 30 seconds. It also can be picked other ways just as fast. bottom or top it still can be drilled and it is possible to bypass the bolt and loosen the plate anyways with right tool. Also a normal large bolt cutter will cut the whole metal section that holds the lock in 2 easy fast cuts...5 seconds. IF you know exactly where to drill you can drill the whole top dish off in seconds by drilling out the centre pin that you can figure out exactly where in 2 seconds after main hole done....nothing to even slow down a pro here.

Good to see the V4 family safe in WA.
We hear the WA borders are closing for a while, so good call on renting a house.
What a crazy year it’s turning out to be all-round !!

Guy Wilton sure is crazy at the moment. We’re very happy in the house in WA. Gives us all a little more space to run around. We’ll see where we’re at in a month and go from there. We hope you are all ok? Stay safe. 👍

All good here in the UK with everyone on lockdown
Typically the weather is great over the Easter weekend and everyone is stuck inside
This year is really going to knock everyone’s travel plans for a good while, but as long as we all do the right thing and keep safe, we will all get back to having crazy adventures

Hi, very interesting product ! Can you tell me if the lock of this product it’s impossible to pick ? Thank you in advance.

My Discover I wouldn’t say it’s impossible to pick but a little trickier compared to normal locks. Criminals always go for the easy pickings, so anything to deter them onto the next van is always a bonus 👍

That second video with the guy trying to drill out the lock? Unless he was using a left hand drill bit there was never going to be any success You can clearly see that the chuck is rotating counter clockwise thus rendering any normal drill bit all but useless and proving one thing: The guy trying to remove the wheel clamp is not that bright.... Also later hes uses "a power drill" on hammer mode which you can clearly hear in the video. Anyways if they wanted your van they would arrive with a cordless grinder with a cut-off wheel attached and cut that thing off in about 5 minutes and loaded it onto a flat bed and your pride and joy is gone.

Aphony66 having a deterrent is better than nothing hey! If my van takes 5 minutes to steal but the one down the road only takes 1 minute they’ll usually choose the easy option. 👍

you have no idea what your doing.. i use 2 of these on my caravan. first off you do have to have the first clamp tight. very tight. 2n you do have the bolt in already so you can then simply slip the larg piece on then slide back and then fully tighten while making sure the pan covers the wheel niuts and dont hit the tyre valve... how you have yours fited i can take that ioff inside 2 minutes with no electrical tools !!! tighten it up use it right.. ive made my wheel clamop even better by covering the whole bolt with a simple couple of bits that all stay with the clamp...

Hi Phil, thanks for your comment. I'm not sure if you have drum or disc brakes but it was a real struggle for me to get the clamp tight and then slip over the pan with the bolt already in. I think it all depends on the size of wheel, design etc as to how easy it will be. I guess every case is different.

I do agree with phil on how tight and to leave the allen bolt in place to fit the wheel nut cover part . I have found though even if you tighten the claw up tight i can still grab the nut cover and pull towards myself sat on the floor and it exposes the wheel bolts. Any ideas on this phil?
