Biriyani is like the South Asian version of Jollof rice - both are absolute heaven XD (there's a few variations, you can order it at different spice levels, veg or non veg, and you can choose the meat, like mutton or chicken, sometimes even prawn)
Also Kaithi is the Tamil word for "prisoner" or "convict"
