6:29 it is not easy to gain access to guns legally because it has lots of procedures, financial transactions and whatnot. To obtain guns illegally it cost even more I believe but it is easy for us get sharp edged weapons but most of us don't have the necessity for that if we are living normal life that is. And we definitely do not have mass shootouts and stuff like that.
