May i know which is the actual day for Yi Peng in 2022 between 8 th & 9th November? Is the temple open every night for few days before Yi Peng ? I going to Chiang Mai in November but i wish to go to this temple if i have enough time . Thanks .
The date of Loy Kra Thong or Yi Pen festival is on 7 November 2022. The event of Yi Peng Festival in Chieng Mai is on 7-9 November 2022. I would recommend you to visit the event of Lantern festival in Lampun during 25 Sep - 8 Nov 2022 (liked in my VDO that I visited in 2021). It's such a wonderful too.
