This is definitely HMK's best work. But still big problems. Goes from "Yozora, MoM, and Sora are parallel versions of each other" to "This chess piece represents Sora, ALL of Sora, meaning him and Yozora as the one true sky" So MoM is not considered "All of Sora"? Also, about his idea that Shibuya is in the box. Does HMK even realize that in Riku's Yozora scenes, the billboards are in English and Japanese, but in Sora's scenes, they are in a made up language like Twilight Town or Scala? They are two different Shibuyas.

I'm still trying to figure out my theory about all of this, just seeing what some theories that are out there about these situations are. I've been thinking about it since I posted my last reply, and the only thing I might be able to believe is Sora and Nomura are one and the same. When it comes to MoM being Sora, I think that's a little too far fetched. To be honest, I'm kind of one of the ones that believes that Demyx is possibly the Master of Masters. And Demyx's side sad story of who he was as a somebody, that might have been memories when the Master was a child. And at the end, all I was saying is Kingdom Hearts is just one crazy, mad, heck of a confusing game, I need time to process and come up with my own theory because there's just so much info revealed to go off of. However, Nomura did say that the connection between these two characters and the future of Kingdom Hearts is going to be unexpected. We can come up with theories until our heart's content, but in the end, Nomura is a mastermind when it comes to his games, and nobody can tell or even guess what is going in his mind of his when it comes to Kingdom Hearts.
whats actually more realistic I think when it comes to Sora and Yozora is that they are from different dimensions, maybe not the same at all but connected in some sort of way, and Luxord with the card gave Sora access to to the place where Yozora and Sora battled, which is the bridge between the two dimensions, in order for Yozora and Sora to meet. But the thing that doesn't make sense to me is...nothing. Like you did, nothing about dimensions and the other thing you mentioned has been confirmed yet, but again, it's all just me thinking out loud.

Wait.. HMK replace Riku with Sora in this theory and it makes more sense. The MoM symbol is the half light wing and half dark wing. Riku's keyblade way to dawn is literally that. Soul Eater even had the gazing eye, and Yozora's outfit is similar to Riku. Yozora's greatsword is also similar looking to Riku's braveheart.
A reminder that sora isn’t supposed to be the protagonist, Riku was. It was Riku that was supposed to be the true owner of the Keyblade. Sora is the virus rewriting destiny. Which is why Remind shows an alternate timeline without sora in it. So, I think you’re right. Yozora is riku, but he’s also sora. Yozora’s heterochromia is probably supposed to represent that idea.

Thats Quite An Amazing Deduction and Theory that Actually Makes Sense. And if I were to contribute anything to add on...I believe that this is a...Legacy, a Remembrance of Tetsuya Nomura's History with Enix and His Work. Because of everything that has happened...Kingdom Hearts has been chosen by Nomura to symbolize his departure or his vision of life and everything when you look at it in a bigger spectrum. Its a callback to Noctis from Versus 13 and that left Him a scar and to reclaim his recovery. Yozora is the entity made to honor his wishes and POV that He has always been a part of Enix's History and that He is King. In one point it can look like narcissistic or God Complex but I doubt it if you are looking for a negative eye towards Him. And this is his path to recovery that His projects were still made and seen regardless and lived and ultimately remembered. Also....Riku must be perhaps a Nobody or clearly Yozora's Light or Heart because they have waaaaaaaayyy too much similities in character design so there is a connection. Yozora must connect with Sora because they share the same destiny like Aang and the previous Avatars to restore balance a reincarnation cycle...but Riku might just be who has to reconnect with his actual self to be at peace. So Riku might just be a symbolism of Nomura's Actual Emotional Battle to heal in this world and having this project launched is the way He will feel at peace with Himself and Sora will show us how his ideas and dreams came to life. Its actually poetic and very nice on his own behalf to share to us. Its his way of opening up to us that He also hurts and wants to smile and enjoy these stories with us in sharing His story and legacy all together tying them that we are all under the same sky. After all....in fiction or storytelling the main characters most times will be reflections of our own wish fulfillments and adventures we wish to be a part of and this is Nomura's Story. Callback to Tidus from Final Fantasy X: "Listen To My Story". Thank You for Your Time.

It could be Ventus when you consider Roxas is kind of the twilight character (center of light and dark (ventus/vanitas)) and Ventus looks exactly like Roxas

Man one great thing Kh3 did was have Xehanort have a lasting impact. But is the power of waking the legendary Key to Return hearts? Or is maybe the Key to Return Hearts is the Black Box or apart of it.
Why would the MoM try to punish sora to stop the wars, when he's the one to convince Xehanort to start the war. Luxu was specifically waiting for Kingdom Hearts to reappear for something. The MoM wants another war, maybe the MoM isn't trying to stop the war, maybe he's trying to create more for his own advantage, we know that the MoM isn't good. I mean Ava is literally considered a traitor because she was trying to save the world and didn't want to accept fate. What happens to the power and light of Kingdom Hearts when it goes unused, Luxu was there for both. I think there's a puzzle piece missing here.

There are some bits that I do see as quite a reach but at least conceptually it overall makes a lot of it makes sense, I don't see the box being something that contains a world or such I do think it will end up being something like an object or perhaps even a person, the sort of thing that can be used as a big reveal.
I think the box may be where Maleficent may have gone after trying to go back in time to change events that are destined to happen and thus same for Sora. Sora sent his heart back in time to change events that are destined to happen and ended up back in the box....

Note: if you look at the KH3 boxart, you can see the one true sky over the "real" World. Nomura was showing us the future. I have a feeling you nailed this closer than Nomura would have liked. Also, the 1.5, 2.5, and 2.8 covers show the transition of a dusk sky into a nightsky, and then into Daybreak (with MoM "above." - nice analysis.) However, if Yozora is the night sky, MoM represents the Daybreak midpoint, and Sora is the Sky itself... Then who represents the Twilight? (Possibly Roxas/Ventus/...or Riku?) Makes me wonder if MoM will look like Vanitas.

Wait so, Yozora become a Nobody, his heart went on to become MoM, then MoM was either a heart under a cloak or a heart that made a body for itself(Most likely a heart that made a new body) before he to decided to lose the heart and fade, or become a Nobody inside the black box, then that heart which was once Yozora's becomes Sora? No it can't be that. First off in Kingdom Hearts the heart is what holds the memories though they can be lost into darkness they are never gone form the heart. So unless MoM completely erased(Marluxia tells Namine to do this to Sora in ReChain) his heart before giving it up Sora would have still had the memories of Yozora and MoM. Second when fixing Ventus Sora calls himself a bran new heart(In BBS). Then again how did a bran new heart know how to fix Ventus, also if it had been erased that what else could it have called itself? Third why would it take so long for Sora to be born if his heart has been around since MoM give it up. Fourth don't Nobodies regrow hearts, Yozora has had the time needed, not sure about other people though as you also need to interact with others to grow a new heart. So are we looking a a person without a heart that isn't a Nobody? Unless MoM didn't give it up. He still has his heart but lost his fake body and so faded unto the place where the remains of timelines back to where his body still is. Then we would simply have a Nobody and a Heartless of one person that where in that place. However where does Sora come in? No one is expecting him, they are always looking down on him, if he had the heart of all the heroes form past timelines then at the very lest Luxu would have noticed (Could be why he looks scared in DDD but I am ignoring that right now). What if something be it Kingdom Hearts, a being of complete light, or a being of complete darkness, or something else decided that Yozora and MoM being as incomplete as they where decided to make a New Heart which was Sora. Or we are looking at Yozora is the body, MoM is the mind, and Sora is the heart. (I was going to write Sora the mind but that made no sense) But that has problems to. Yozora couldn't have gotten rid of his mind or else he would not be able to act with a purpose. Yet MoM has both heart (see keyblade) and a mind (he's a scientist). What maybe he doesn't have a mind. The other words for the mind are Soul, or Will, I am not sure I have ever seen MoM act. He sits there and tells others to do things but he never acts. Sora however acts all the time, but a Soul or Will by itself will sit for years on end if the heart doesn't move it to action. Alright so if your theory where to make sense it would have to be. Yozora splits himself into three pieces trying to make a new worldline, he becomes just a body with a mind but not a soul he gets lost in the place where dead worldlines stay. MoM and Sora goes in the new worldline, MoM is just a heart with a little bit of mind to keep him as himself and he does his non actions out of emotions. Sora who is just a Will at this point sits down with nothing to do(think Terra) he may act once in a blue moon if someone points him in a detraction about something that he cared deeply about when the split happened but thats about it. The War happens again and MoM is lost in the same place as Yozora. Sora is still sitting there a Will with nothing to do, is somehow picked up by a New Heart Sees Ventus and is the only heart not to move on without helping because most New Hearts don't have Such a old Soul within them. Then because New Hearts get New Bodies Sora is born with half a heart because he gave a lot of it to Ventus, a new body likely a bit on the weak side at first because his heart is so small, and a very big and old Soul. There is the question of how The Soul got connected to the New Heart, however being without one for so long my have made the Soul attaching itself to hearts a lot as time as gone on. Could be why Sora is able to connect with hearts and everyone is always like 'I'm not sure how you are doing that Sora'. However if we are going to say this is how it is going we need to decide that there are four parts of a person, the body, the heart, the soul, and the mind. With the mind often splitting or being very fast to grow even faster then a heart. Alright after thinking it over there are ways that this theory of your could make sense. Not sure that that is they way that they are going with it but it's always fun to talk to others about things like this.

How did fragments/ideas about this world end up in the Toy Story world.... What's is the link between Shibuya and Toy Story? Why did we catch a glimpse of it at that moment? When you beat all battle gates in Dream Drop Distance, you get the End of Pain Keyblade wich looks like the chess piece of the MoM.... So my theory is that Sora will become the villain chess piece at some point in time.....

It's 2 Tokyos, not 2 Shibuyas. Riku is in Shinjuku(twin towers also used in VERSUS13), not Shibuya.

1_The Kingdom Hearts series never had persons with past versions of themselves.
2_Sora and MoM can't be the same yet exist at the same time if we are to assume that MoM is still alive all these years.

I'm still trying to figure out my theory about all of this, just seeing what some theories that are out there about these situations are.
I've been thinking about it since I posted my last reply, and the only thing I might be able to believe is Sora and Nomura are one and the same. When it comes to MoM being Sora, I think that's a little too far fetched. To be honest, I'm kind of one of the ones that believes that Demyx is possibly the Master of Masters. And Demyx's side sad story of who he was as a somebody, that might have been memories when the Master was a child.
And at the end, all I was saying is Kingdom Hearts is just one crazy, mad, heck of a confusing game, I need time to process and come up with my own theory because there's just so much info revealed to go off of.
However, Nomura did say that the connection between these two characters and the future of Kingdom Hearts is going to be unexpected. We can come up with theories until our heart's content, but in the end, Nomura is a mastermind when it comes to his games, and nobody can tell or even guess what is going in his mind of his when it comes to Kingdom Hearts.
whats actually more realistic I think when it comes to Sora and Yozora is that they are from different dimensions, maybe not the same at all but connected in some sort of way, and Luxord with the card gave Sora access to to the place where Yozora and Sora battled, which is the bridge between the two dimensions, in order for Yozora and Sora to meet. But the thing that doesn't make sense to me is...nothing. Like you did, nothing about dimensions and the other thing you mentioned has been confirmed yet, but again, it's all just me thinking out loud.

Wait.. HMK replace Riku with Sora in this theory and it makes more sense.
The MoM symbol is the half light wing and half dark wing. Riku's keyblade way to dawn is literally that. Soul Eater even had the gazing eye, and Yozora's outfit is similar to Riku. Yozora's greatsword is also similar looking to Riku's braveheart.
A reminder that sora isn’t supposed to be the protagonist, Riku was. It was Riku that was supposed to be the true owner of the Keyblade. Sora is the virus rewriting destiny. Which is why Remind shows an alternate timeline without sora in it. So, I think you’re right. Yozora is riku, but he’s also sora. Yozora’s heterochromia is probably supposed to represent that idea.

Thats Quite An Amazing Deduction and Theory that Actually Makes Sense.
And if I were to contribute anything to add on...I believe that this is a...Legacy, a Remembrance of Tetsuya Nomura's History with Enix and His Work.
Because of everything that has happened...Kingdom Hearts has been chosen by Nomura to symbolize his departure or his vision of life and everything when you look at it in a bigger spectrum.
Its a callback to Noctis from Versus 13 and that left Him a scar and to reclaim his recovery. Yozora is the entity made to honor his wishes and POV that He has always been a part of Enix's History and that He is King.
In one point it can look like narcissistic or God Complex but I doubt it if you are looking for a negative eye towards Him.
And this is his path to recovery that His projects were still made and seen regardless and lived and ultimately remembered.
Also....Riku must be perhaps a Nobody or clearly Yozora's Light or Heart because they have waaaaaaaayyy too much similities in character design so there is a connection.
Yozora must connect with Sora because they share the same destiny like Aang and the previous Avatars to restore balance a reincarnation cycle...but Riku might just be who has to reconnect with his actual self to be at peace.
So Riku might just be a symbolism of Nomura's Actual Emotional Battle to heal in this world and having this project launched is the way He will feel at peace with Himself and Sora will show us how his ideas and dreams came to life.
Its actually poetic and very nice on his own behalf to share to us. Its his way of opening up to us that He also hurts and wants to smile and enjoy these stories with us in sharing His story and legacy all together tying them that we are all under the same sky.
After all....in fiction or storytelling the main characters most times will be reflections of our own wish fulfillments and adventures we wish to be a part of and this is Nomura's Story.

Why would the MoM try to punish sora to stop the wars, when he's the one to convince Xehanort to start the war. Luxu was specifically waiting for Kingdom Hearts to reappear for something. The MoM wants another war, maybe the MoM isn't trying to stop the war, maybe he's trying to create more for his own advantage, we know that the MoM isn't good. I mean Ava is literally considered a traitor because she was trying to save the world and didn't want to accept fate.
What happens to the power and light of Kingdom Hearts when it goes unused, Luxu was there for both. I think there's a puzzle piece missing here.
I dont think the master cares about stopping the wars just living past them to see what happens next.

There are some bits that I do see as quite a reach but at least conceptually it overall makes a lot of it makes sense,
I don't see the box being something that contains a world or such I do think it will end up being something like an object or perhaps even a person, the sort of thing that can be used as a big reveal.
I think the box may be where Maleficent may have gone after trying to go back in time to change events that are destined to happen and thus same for Sora. Sora sent his heart back in time to change events that are destined to happen and ended up back in the box....
I hope we see more of the MoM. I just like hearing Ray Chase’s voice.

I have a feeling you nailed this closer than Nomura would have liked. Also, the 1.5, 2.5, and 2.8 covers show the transition of a dusk sky into a nightsky, and then into Daybreak (with MoM "above." - nice analysis.)
However, if Yozora is the night sky, MoM represents the Daybreak midpoint, and Sora is the Sky itself... Then who represents the Twilight? (Possibly Roxas/Ventus/...or Riku?)

Wait so, Yozora become a Nobody, his heart went on to become MoM, then MoM was either a heart under a cloak or a heart that made a body for itself(Most likely a heart that made a new body) before he to decided to lose the heart and fade, or become a Nobody inside the black box, then that heart which was once Yozora's becomes Sora?
No it can't be that. First off in Kingdom Hearts the heart is what holds the memories though they can be lost into darkness they are never gone form the heart. So unless MoM completely erased(Marluxia tells Namine to do this to Sora in ReChain) his heart before giving it up Sora would have still had the memories of Yozora and MoM. Second when fixing Ventus Sora calls himself a bran new heart(In BBS). Then again how did a bran new heart know how to fix Ventus, also if it had been erased that what else could it have called itself? Third why would it take so long for Sora to be born if his heart has been around since MoM give it up. Fourth don't Nobodies regrow hearts, Yozora has had the time needed, not sure about other people though as you also need to interact with others to grow a new heart. So are we looking a a person without a heart that isn't a Nobody?
Unless MoM didn't give it up. He still has his heart but lost his fake body and so faded unto the place where the remains of timelines back to where his body still is. Then we would simply have a Nobody and a Heartless of one person that where in that place.
However where does Sora come in? No one is expecting him, they are always looking down on him, if he had the heart of all the heroes form past timelines then at the very lest Luxu would have noticed (Could be why he looks scared in DDD but I am ignoring that right now). What if something be it Kingdom Hearts, a being of complete light, or a being of complete darkness, or something else decided that Yozora and MoM being as incomplete as they where decided to make a New Heart which was Sora.
Or we are looking at Yozora is the body, MoM is the mind, and Sora is the heart. (I was going to write Sora the mind but that made no sense) But that has problems to. Yozora couldn't have gotten rid of his mind or else he would not be able to act with a purpose. Yet MoM has both heart (see keyblade) and a mind (he's a scientist). What maybe he doesn't have a mind. The other words for the mind are Soul, or Will, I am not sure I have ever seen MoM act. He sits there and tells others to do things but he never acts. Sora however acts all the time, but a Soul or Will by itself will sit for years on end if the heart doesn't move it to action.
Alright so if your theory where to make sense it would have to be. Yozora splits himself into three pieces trying to make a new worldline, he becomes just a body with a mind but not a soul he gets lost in the place where dead worldlines stay. MoM and Sora goes in the new worldline, MoM is just a heart with a little bit of mind to keep him as himself and he does his non actions out of emotions. Sora who is just a Will at this point sits down with nothing to do(think Terra) he may act once in a blue moon if someone points him in a detraction about something that he cared deeply about when the split happened but thats about it. The War happens again and MoM is lost in the same place as Yozora. Sora is still sitting there a Will with nothing to do, is somehow picked up by a New Heart Sees Ventus and is the only heart not to move on without helping because most New Hearts don't have Such a old Soul within them. Then because New Hearts get New Bodies Sora is born with half a heart because he gave a lot of it to Ventus, a new body likely a bit on the weak side at first because his heart is so small, and a very big and old Soul.
There is the question of how The Soul got connected to the New Heart, however being without one for so long my have made the Soul attaching itself to hearts a lot as time as gone on. Could be why Sora is able to connect with hearts and everyone is always like 'I'm not sure how you are doing that Sora'. However if we are going to say this is how it is going we need to decide that there are four parts of a person, the body, the heart, the soul, and the mind. With the mind often splitting or being very fast to grow even faster then a heart.
Alright after thinking it over there are ways that this theory of your could make sense. Not sure that that is they way that they are going with it but it's always fun to talk to others about things like this.

How did fragments/ideas about this world end up in the Toy Story world.... What's is the link between Shibuya and Toy Story? Why did we catch a glimpse of it at that moment? And how did it get so woven into the Toy Story world, that it ended up being a toy-line/videogame?
