As a trainee i was excited to learn from him. He is also a peofessor so he become a good mentor to me. I compared with engineering interns in other company my boss tought me lot of things about running a business than in other companies. We worked so hard.my job become tougher when i had to do internal auditing. i had to fight with other employees. But same time i was truely loyal to the boss. One day he called me personally and ask me what are my goals. When i told him that i am gonna do masters. He will help me for that and he promissed to make my place in the company permanent until i leave the country. If i said the same thing in another company they could chase me away after the training period
Moving to another branch soon. I hope this will be highly useful to make connections with the seniors. I usually listen to respond. What I learnt from here is, ''listen to understand''. Thank you very much
I used to work long time ago in SL. After I moved to US I have learned lots of areas we can learn how to work effectively without working hard but working smarter. Other thing that I have learned is respect for all trades and all positions in a workplace.We are calling each other by name and not on their title such as boss,Sir Mr.I think this would make everyone feel same as and treated as human beings. Also in US everyone is working hard and effectively including the owner managers assistant managers and workers . I always think that paying hourly for most of employees will work very efficiently.

Every points on to the point. some tips flashbsck to made mistakes & learnt lessons. I am glad that some points which i hv learnt today, i was practicing without even knowing. But they were learnt throuh hard lessons. One more thing ' never outshine your master '- (but there is a smarter way )
When give our best to company as a employee, company try to standout with this employee in same level without promoting next level in long termly due to employees can do this job very well than new blood. At that time as a employee what to do?
By experience I tell you, don’t give your 100% ever. Always keep some buffer with you. May be 90% and make others think you are already giving 100%. Otherwise you will suffer in hard times such as cost cut, tough targets. Anyways, good content!!
