Watch an actual pro drag tree and turbo cars that have to build boost. They pre-stage, get revs up, stage 1, hit the 2-step, stage 2, then the yellows (hands up), then greens (hands drop). You're not pretending to be a bird flapping your wings.

One thing that wasn’t mentioned I think should be, these coyotes use their stock computer and have taken stock computer into the 6’s, the biggest benefit of the coyote is how many stock parts can be utilized in very basic builds to make damn good power.
That STI is nice. Would love to see josh bader on her. He races his car regularly so this would be right up his alley plus he really helped build the roadmap to a 1200 whp STI basically.
Before even watching, I'll say the number of _legit_ 1000+ hp EJ25 cars out there is extremely small. If this car runs like it has 1000+ hp kudos to the builder.
Yeah, that car isn't making 1150 hp. I'll give the shop the benefit of the doubt. They just said it had an IAG1150 block. Not that it made that power. If it's making 800 whp I'd be surprised. Still great for an EJ though.

@@vaaro_m Obviously there is a ton of “supporting” work otherwise, but having built quite a few over the past 10-12 years the formula for a long lasting high Hp car has changed immensely. IAG crate engines, IAG transmissions, Radium Engineering, Full Race, E85 etc. The days of holding your breath every time a 800awhp+ STI makes a pull is largely over.

@@mario20033 someone needs to tell these guys that we wanna see good close races! There is a power to weight ratio that they could use to make this a better show but we keep seeing this amateur thrown together races and it’s a real waste of time for everyone . All we know from this race is that the Subaru is obviously way faster but the f150 wins. This guy has a fully built race car and can’t shift. And it should be best 3 outta 5

Nah that last race was bogus asf the first two the guy drops down with whole arms and body letting races know and last race he just kinda dropped his hands and the f150 took that as a go
F150 had the hit so when ever he wants he can take off first 😂

What I was saying is the Subaru was probably waiting for the guy to drop his arms and body like the last two races and all the guy did is flick his wrists

Dude Carwow is sooo much better than Hoonigan lately because Matt would not just do 3 races with 2 mis-shifts and leave it like that. He would keep going and going until both shifted and started perfectly.

I'm a Ford fan. But I sure thought the submarine would take it. Weight much lighter, more HP too. But the f150 victorious. Like someone already posted the guy probably needs more seat time.
In house shop built STI but they farmed out the engine, transmission and turbo kit? Doesn't sound very "in house" to me. 😂

With half the comments saying the same thing we all saw. LET THEM BUILD BOOST. Worst hand drops for a head to head race especially that last one.
Everything was done “in house” fOr ThE MoSt PaRt 😂 first thing mentioned was nooooooo it was done somewhere else 😅
