When I want to smell rich and that woman, I shower with Native's Sandalwood & Shea Butter then mix an orange hibiscus body oil with any non-fragant or clean fragrant lotion. So good. Wanna smell edible? Palmer's shea butter mixed with a coconut & vanilla body oil by Nature's Goods (both body oils can be found at TJMAXX). SO GOOD.

Yes, the Mary Ruth’s vitamins are very good. Family friendly is great because we don’t have to buy separate ones for the children to take. We have been using this brand for years, started by using for my children then started using this for the whole family in place of the gummies. After I make their breakfast smoothies I add it in and it’s easier to take that way!

With the retinol in your body cream tip.. be mindful that that mixture should only be used at night or with sunscreen if during the day. You risk hyperpigmentation, irritation and possible collagen breakdown when retinol is exposed to the sun. Great tips!!
