I thought the same, and wonder whether it's partly because Brent took the trouble to wade out a little way before starting to record. That way he can go well to the left and right, even turn around, so we're not just watching the cat go past again and again like a tennis ball. And wading out to sea a little way gets the camera height down a bit, so we're kind of looking across at the boat rather than down onto it. I often wonder why Brent's footage looks so cool!
